Q: How can I lose an inch or 2 quickly from my belly?

A: Your best bet is to go with doing lots of vacuum poses. This is an isometric exercise that has you sucking in your belly and holding it for a count of 3-5. You do that over and over. To lose 2 inches in 3-4 weeks, that would require you to do this exercise everyday for 5-10 minutes. If you have the discipline to do that, you’ll definitely lose the inches. I have hundreds of clients that have done it. They aren’t special. If they can do it, so can you.

Q: Know any tricks to spot reduce belly fat?

A: I sure do. Do belly rubs after you rub your hands together really hard for 15 seconds. Rub your stomach in circles for 1 minute. The best time to do this is after your meals. Other good times include right when you wake up and right before going to bed. The heat from your hands helps to dislodge fat deposits from your stomach if you repeatedly do this over time. The circular rubbing helps to improve your digestion which in turn will help your body use the belly fat more efficiently as energy instead of storing it.
