  1. The “crunchy trio” – An equal components combination of roasted peanuts (I like the deluxe Virginia-style), roasted edamame, and dried wasabi peas. I make my very own combine and eat about ¼ cup with a giant glass of water.
  2. Chocolate/banana yogurt. half cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt blended with 1 heaping tbs. of 100% cocoa powder, ½ smashed banana, and 1 teaspoon molasses (or no matter sweetener you favor).
